TrabEx+™ is an I/A handpiece with an anatomically designed serrated laser cut blade to smoothly excise Trabecular Meshwork. In combination with the fluidics from any phaco machine a deep, stable and clear A/c is maintained, optimising angle visualisation during the procedure.
Irrigating Goniectomy™ can be used in a wide range of Glaucoma indications with Clinical studies showing substantial and sustained reductions in IOP.
Irrigating Goniectomy™ is becoming increasingly recognised in the US and has a number of advocates already here in the UK.
