The College of Optometrists is the professional body for Optometrists and a registered charity incorporated by Royal Charter in 1995. It qualifies the profession and delivers the guidance, development and training to ensure optometrists provide the best possible care.
The College looking to recruit a practicing General Medical Council registered Ophthalmologist to join our Clinical Management Guidelines (CMGs) Writing Team to provide expert advice and support to develop and maintain the CMGs. This is a respected role, with the CMGs setting out the evidence to inform and support clinical decision making for a wide range of common and rare eye conditions.
We are looking for a qualified ophthalmologist with considerable experience of practice in a range of settings, including working with optometrists in primary or secondary care settings. Please see the full listing for further information and how to apply on our jobs board.
