Kimal plc is delighted to announce the appointment of Jo Cook to the position of DXG Specialist responsible for the Diagnostic Green range across the UK. Jo has a particular focus with fluorescence imaging products to guide surgical and mapping procedures.
Prior to joining Kimal plc, Jo worked as a National Key Account Manager (UK & Ireland) in Rare Diseases for Chiesi Ltd where she was involved in sales and marketing, and successfully launched the first licensed stem cell therapy into the NHS with a treatment for limbal stem cell deficiency due to ocular burns. With over 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Jo has many years’ experience in ophthalmology, having also worked at Thea Pharmaceuticals Ltd for numerous years prior.
Jo comments, “I am really pleased that this inspiring new role will allow me to work closely with surgeons to assist in the optimisation of their practice with the exciting developments of fluorescence imaging.”
