Date: 15 September 2021

Location name: VIRTUAL EVENT

Award: The Royal College of Ophthalmologists has awarded 3.5 CPD points for this event

For over 7 years, Novartis has worked in partnership with Manchester Royal Eye Hospital (MREH) to support healthcare, and allied healthcare, professionals in developing their understanding of medical retina (MR) diseases and the imaging that underpins the diagnosis of these conditions.

Known previously as ‘Practical OCT & Macular Disease’ and run as a full day of MR disease education in the morning and OCT and injection workshops in the afternoon, this year we are running this event virtually as two separate half-day meetings. The first half-day is aimed at those who are newer to the world of MR disease and incorporates the MR disease education sessions. The second half-day is particularly appropriate for those with greater experience in, or wish to better understand, OCT imaging and interpretation, and is aimed more at doctors and optometrists. You are welcome to join us for either or both days, which take place on the 15th & 29th September from 1pm-5pm.
