The expanded head office features a comprehensive showroom and flexible, multifunctional spaces for interactive meetings, product demonstrations, and professional training. The facility can host presentations, lectures, workshops, seminars, and events for up to 35 delegates, providing a dynamic educational environment for sharing knowledge, expertise and industry innovation.

In addition to customer-facing enhancements, the extension includes thoughtfully designed office spaces, breakout areas, and meeting rooms created to foster productivity and collaboration for the Mainline Instruments team.

The company has also significantly upgraded its service capabilities. The enhanced service centre now offers market-leading facilities for repairs, refurbishment, calibration, and testing, further strengthening Mainline Instruments’ reputation for outstanding customer service and after-sales support. 

To complement these improvements, warehousing capacity and distribution capabilities have also been expanded, ensuring increased stock availability and faster order fulfilment for customers.
