The Belfry beckons for all OSA members from 10–11 June, as one of the most enjoyable events of the optical calendar. The summer meeting and golf competition, conveniently located in the middle of the country, always draws a good OSA contingent.
A chance to learn more about OSA plans for the year ahead, engage with specific focus group discussions, and to network with others in the optical supply chain, it is also an unrivalled opportunity to seek out new business partners.
Part of the meeting, concerning the Digital Eye Care Alliance (DECA), will be open to non-OSA members in a drive to ensure greater engagement throughout all aspects of the optical community.
Karl Jeebaun, Chair of the OSA E-Health Focus Group, explained: “The OSA is at the heart of fostering innovation for its members, and for overcoming barriers to market. The Digital Eyecare Alliance Workshop will address the route to adoption and opportunities for early diagnosis and joined up care amongst clinicians.”
Dinner for all delegates at the venue on the Monday evening is followed by golf on the PGA course for those interested in playing the following day. For the non-golfers there are spa treatments included in the competitively priced package.
