A message from the editors

Right now you may be self-isolating, self-learning about Covid-19 and / or selflessly looking after family, friends or folk next door who need supplies, meds or general cheering up, albeit at a distance. Some of us might be redeployed, frantically wondering where we put our stethoscope or student notes on acute medicine.

Regardless of the surreal situation in which we find ourselves, the Eye News ethos of sharing excellence in our speciality continues. Covid-19 has exposed our human vulnerability, but also our resilience, individually and collectively, best seen in the NHS in which we work. Let's all take care and try to stay safe.

Like all things, Covid-19 chaos too shall pass.
