Named in tribute to Altomed’s Northeast roots, Geordie is a striking black German Shepherd, confident, clever, and full of character. His unique breed makes him extra special within the Guide Dogs community.
Geordie follows in the pawprints of Altomed’s first sponsored puppy, Alan, and joins a proud family of Guide Dogs supported by sister company Mid-Optic, including Cassie, Harley, Finley, Dexter, Belle, Barley, Mia, Tilly, Willow, and Lola.
Funds for Geordie’s sponsorship were raised through Altomed’s Volk lens promotion whereby they donate £10 to Guide Dogs for every lens purchased.*
