RCOphth (The Royal College of Ophthalmologists) TTT for Supervisors (the Trainee in Difficulty)

This Training The Trainers course will help Trainers develop skills to manage trainees in or heading for difficulty.  It will show how existing tools can be adapted to help, and give practice in the use of appropriate conversation techniques to achieve positive outcomes for training. It is suitable for doctors of ST7 and above, but especially those in training roles (eg:  Clinical and Educational Supervisors, College Tutors, TPDs, RAs HoSs).
