RCOphth (The Royal College of Ophthalmologists) TTT for Senior Trainees + SAS Doctors

The Training the Trainers (TTT) course “Supervision in Practice” will help senior trainees develop skills to make their conversations more valuable for learning. The course is suitable for all senior trainees (ST5-ST7) who are responsible for teaching and training ophthalmologists and Specialist Grade/Associate Specialist SAS Doctors of 5+ years experience. The course uses a blend of independent preparatory learning with intensively-facilitated practical sessions on the day.  Pre-recorded lectures (taking about 4-6 hours) will be circulated beforehand to support the small-group work.
