This year marked the 25th anniversary of the Medical Ophthalmology Society UK (MOSUK) meeting, which first took place in 1999 at St Thomas’ Hospital, London.

This last quarter century has seen remarkable advances in our knowledge about the link between the eyes and our body’s health, and this society has fostered the sharing of research, insights and experience between ophthalmic physicians and other medical specialties and ophthalmic sub-specialties.

As well as the morning symposium and afternoon keynote lectures, the society’s meeting offers an excellent opportunity for trainees, fellows and medical students to win a national prize in the afternoon Free Paper competition.

We are pleased to announce the new online home for the MOSUK, bringing together ophthalmology and systemic medicine: https://www.mosuk.co.uk/

This will cover past and future meetings, commentaries and blog-pieces and you can now register and pay for our annual meetings online, making the process quicker and easier!

We hope you enjoy our new website and we hope to see you soon at our next meeting.
