Scope Eyecare are delighted to announce that the Scope Ophthalmology Case Awards for 2023 are open for submissions. Ophthalmologists in training and fellows are invited to submit interesting ophthalmology cases they were involved with in the areas of anterior segment, glaucoma and oculoplastics.
The deadline for submissions is 12 June 2023. The cases will then be reviewed anonymously by a panel of judges and six entries will be chosen to present at a virtual final on 31 July 2023. Two winning case entries will be selected at this virtual meeting and each winning entrant will receive an unrestricted educational bursary to the value of £/€2,500. Scope Eyecare’s Head of Medical, Edel Duffy said: “The Scope Ophthalmology Case Awards are designed to reward excellence in ophthalmology across the UK and Ireland.
