Chief Optometric Advisor to the Scottish Government and Eye News section editor, Janet Pooley, has released a letter to the optometry sector which summarises the significant changes made by the General Optical Council (GOC) to the way optometrists are trained, 'with a view to supporting our more clinical roles.'
