The Training the Trainers (TTT) course “Supervision in Practice” will help senior trainees develop skills to make their conversations more valuable for learning. The course is suitable for all senior trainees (ST5-ST7) who are responsible for teaching and training ophthalmologists and Specialist Grade/Associate Specialist SAS Doctors of 5+ years experience. It is a good course to prepare for the move into supervision in a consultant role.
